Keyriches Global Services Ltd ("Keyriches", "we", "us") is a private advisory firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, keyrichesglobalservices.com, and the Keyriches Property app. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
- Details of your property interests, such as budget, preferred locations, offers and inspection requests.
- For realtors and sellers: firm details, registration numbers, property information and documents you upload, such as title documents, survey plans, mandate letters and photos.
- Messages you send to us, and the type of identification you intend to use for verification.
- Details you submit through our website enquiry form and Keyriches Private membership application, such as your area of interest and any brief you share with us.
We do not ask for payment card details through the website or app.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To verify the identity of clients, sellers and realtors, and to verify property titles before listing.
- To arrange inspections, present offers and coordinate completion with legal and banking partners.
- To meet our legal obligations, including anti money laundering requirements.
We rely on your consent, on the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in preventing property fraud.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to provide our services, and only with: lawyers, surveyors and verification partners we instruct; licensed financial institutions that hold escrow funds; the other party to a transaction, to the extent needed to complete it; and our technology providers, including Netlify, which hosts our website and receives form submissions. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including our hosting provider, may store data outside Nigeria. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you, and transaction records for as long as the law requires. Documents uploaded for listings that do not proceed are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email info@keyrichesglobalservices.com. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
Our website and app use encrypted connections. Access to client data is limited to those who need it to serve you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
