About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Keyriches Property app and website, operated by Keyriches Global Services Ltd (RC 1109384), Suite F-110, Road 2, Ikota Shopping Complex, VGC, Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria ("Keyriches", "we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Keyriches Property presents premium properties and residences that we have arranged to be independently verified, and connects clients with our advisers, partner realtors and professional partners. Submitting a form in the app is a request for our assistance. It does not create a binding agreement to buy, sell, rent or book anything. Any transaction is subject to a separate written agreement, identity verification and the escrow terms provided to you by your adviser.
Verification
We arrange independent title searches, survey checks and identity checks before a property is listed, through qualified third parties. Verification reflects the records and documents available at the time it was carried out. Every buyer should also take independent legal advice, and we will help you instruct a lawyer of your choice before you commit.
Payments
Never send money to an agent, a seller, a relative or any individual's personal account. Purchase funds are paid only into an escrow account held by a licensed financial institution, using details confirmed to you in writing by Keyriches. If anyone asks you to pay in any other way, do not pay, and contact us immediately at info@keyrichesglobalservices.com.
Prices, availability and fees
Prices and availability are provided by sellers and their realtors and may change. Our fees are agreed with you in writing before any work begins.
Invest abroad
We introduce clients to regulated agents and professionals in overseas markets. We do not provide regulated investment, financial or tax advice. Property values and rental income can fall as well as rise, and you should take independent professional advice before investing.
Keyriches Stays
Stay requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Keyriches in writing. Rates, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed with each booking. Please do not make any payment until your booking is confirmed.
Realtors and listings
Realtors who list with Keyriches confirm that they are authorised to market each property and that the information they provide is true. Verification cannot be bought. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including where a check is not passed or a complaint is upheld.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, or have concerns about a listing or a realtor, please email info@keyrichesglobalservices.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within fourteen days.
Liability
We take great care in everything we do. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by information provided by third parties, or by payments made outside the escrow process described above. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
